One of the perks of having me as your trainer is that I offer fitness programs personalised specifically to your goals. 

This service is free for those who buy personal training sessions in bulk of four or more.

Alternatively you may purchase programs by themselves. This is at a cost of £50 for the first four weeks plus £5 pounds for every week from then on.
Personal Training

No matter what your goal is, I will work with you to sculpt your body. Exercise sessions can take place in your home or at Gymies Gym in Salisbury.

I will give you my full attention to give you the best results. Every workout we do together will include:

  • Warm up
  • Resistance training
  • Cardiovascular training
  • Core stability exercises
  • Cool down
  • Flexibility exercises
The hourly rate for sessions is £20.

Get a 10% discount when buying sessions in a bulk of four or more sessions.

Ultimate Metabolic Coaching
If you aren't sure if personal training is for you then UMC is a great way to stay in shape, lose weight and tone up. 

Using a set program for everyone, UMC is a one on one circuit based workout designed to boost your metabolism. 

UMC uses the following:
  • Resistance training
  • Cardiovascular conditioning
  • Parachute speed training (if needed)
  • Core stability exercises
  • Compound exercises
  • Flexibility training
  • All this for just £15 per session.
